Good morning year 2,
QUOTE OF THE WEEK:
"The triumph can't be had without the struggle" Wilma Rudolph https://www.womenshistory.org/education-resources/biographies/wilma-rudolph (Check out how amazing she was)
I am hoping most of you have seen the blue bulletin. I am very pleased that we will be sticking together next academic year and making the transition into year 3 and KS2 together! I hope you are all happy about it too! It is not long until the summer holidays and September will be here very soon.
The planning for this week is attached to the previous page. I am in school Monday-Thursday with the year 1 bubble. This has been running well, alongside the key worker bubble and normality is beginning to resume slightly. As I always say it is great to receive work that the children have done and receive emails documenting things they have been doing. I will try and set up another zoom at some point and resume the podcast - this has taken a back set for the time being as we increase the number of children in school. Hopefully, we can set up a podcast club next term!
Your input throughout this time has been nothing short of extraordinary! To keep the children engaged and producing some work is brilliant. Even if sometimes it feels like a struggle what ever you do you are achieving something each day! Remember they are still very young and learn a lot through "play" - KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PARENTS and keep plugging away and challenging yourself KIDS!
Cheers,
Mr Smith
Thanks,
Mr Smith
