Exercise time again!

We have been using Yoga with Adriene to guide our yoga practice for the last few days. I think she does some great work and if you have been enjoying that yoga I recommend you continue to work on some of her beginner practices (there are loads on Youtube!) However she does not have many practices aimed at children so we will try a different programme today and if you didn't like Adriene so much then may be you will prefer this. 

Also we will stick with Joe for general exercise. As I mentioned yesterday his live morning workouts are also very popular at the moment!
