Can't Stop The Feeling Dance: Go Noodle
Today's physical activity is a dance to a song from the film Trolls, have you seen it?
Don't forget guys, the NHS recommended amount of exercise for children is 1 hour of moderate to intense physical activity every day!
Make the most of the sunshine and get outside! Maybe you could set up an obstacle course or a circuit in your garden to do as a family. Perhaps you could go on a family walk, run or bike ride, and maybe you have the resources to set up a game of football or basketball at your house.
There are also several people uploading workouts online: check out Joe Wicks at 9am for a daily workout and Oti Mabuse has uploaded dance tutorials to her youtube channel for kids available at any time.
