Age Range Change!

Wren Class Visit to Stonehurst Farm

Year 3/4 Rock Talk
Wed 23 Feb 2022Year 3/4 had a very exciting visitor come and see them today - Jack the Geologist! He works for the Charnwood Education Partnership and discussed all the different types of rocks we may find in our area of Charnwood. They children loved having him visit.

Year 2 - Disgusting Sandwiches
Mon 21 Feb 2022Disgusting Sandwiches were made today in year two! Some of the smells were very interesting indeed and the children are brining them home for lucky parents and carers to try. This launches the start of their new text where they will be focussing on character descriptions.

Charnwood Education Partnership History Assembly
Thu 03 Feb 2022We had Susan from the Charnwood Education Partnership come and tell us all about the Thurcaston hoard and its international historical significance. We are truly historians at Richard Hill as the children got very involved and really enjoyed hearing the information about the history of the village. They especially loved eating the hoard!
