Staying active is soooooo important. Move your body Year 4! I really enjoy doing Yoga and do Yoga every morning (even when it involves getting up at 6am so I can do it before school). Please see the Yoga with Adriene video below. I will post some recommended ones of these every now and then but you can search ones you might like to try on Youtube.

If you prefer more of a traditional excerice workout Joe Wicks is sharing some workouts to do which children who are at school will be doing most days. 

Anyway pick one of these to try, try both, or go for a run, play a game in your garden, JUST STAY ACTIVE (please)!
